Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
  2. Time Frame: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized perfumes.
  • Items with broken seals or damaged packaging due to customer handling.
  • Products purchased during sale periods or promotional offers.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping instructions.
  3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund based on the following terms:

  1. Refund Approval: Refunds are issued only for products that meet our return eligibility criteria.
  2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with UNBOXING VIDEO (Mandatory). We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

 

Order Cancellation                  

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

  • Order once placed can be cancelled only within 4 hours of placing order, as we strive to fast dispatch and best delivery service possible.
  • To cancel your order email us your Order ID with reason for cancellation on perfumehub.info@gmail.com 

Important Notes

  • Keep proof of return shipment until your refund has been processed.
  • Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
